We are confident that you are going to be satisfied with the service that we provide, however if after receiving our report, for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us by phone or email within a week of us carrying out the service, clearly outlining any issues so we can be given an opportunity to rectify them. If after a further 2 weeks we haven't rectified any concerns to your satisfaction we will process a full refund.
